Selection Process for ECIL GET Recruitment 2025:

The selection process will comprise of two stage selection methodology through CBT and Personal Interview.
The weightage for Computer Based Test (CBT) and interview is 85:15 respectively.
The candidate has to secure minimum 50 percentage numbers in each factor of selection and 60 percentage overall to be considered for selection of candidates.
All eligible applicants shall be called for Computer Based Test (CBT) however, for personal interview, candidates shall be called in the ratio of 1:4 based on the performance in Computer Based Test (CBT).
In case of more than 1 candidate secured equal numbers in Computer Based Test (CBT), then the candidate who has scored higher numbers in the Eligible Qualification will be called for Personal Interview.
