Selection Process for CSIR NAL Recruitment 2025:
- The Selection methodology consists of 2 stages.
- In Stage 1 the applicants as short listing by the duly constituted Selection Committee will be called for Relevant Trade Test.
- The Selection Committee will set its own criteria for short listing the applicants to be called for Relevant Trade Test.
- Candidates who qualify in the Relevant Trade test will be invited for the 2nd stage where applicants have to appear in written test consisting of Paper 1, 2 and 3.
- Paper 2 and 3 will be reviewed only for those applicants who secure minimum threshold numbers (to be determined by the Selection Committee) in the Paper 1.
- The final merit list will be made on the basis of the numbers obtained by the applicants in Paper 2 and 3.
