Educational Qualification for AAI Recruitment 2025:
Graduate & Diploma Apprentices:
- Candidates should possess full time 3 years diploma in engineering or 4 years degree in any of the above mentioned branches, recognized by AICTE, GOI.
Trade Apprentice:
- Candidates should possess ITI certificate in the relevant stream/trades mentioned above from institutes recognized by AICTE, GOI.
Streams/Trades:
- COPA, Electrical, Mechanic, Electronics
Note for AAI Recruitment 2025:
- Only Indian Nationals under the Eastern Region (candidates of Chhattisgarh, Sikkim, Andaman Nicobar, West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar and Jharkhand) are eligible to apply under this AAI advertisement.
- Candidates who passed a diploma/degree in 2023 or after 2023 are eligible only.

Stipend for AAI Recruitment 2025:
- Graduate Apprentices: Rs. 15000/- pm
- Diploma Apprentices: Rs. 12000/- pm
- ITI Apprentices: Rs. 9000/- pm
Age Limit (As on 31 March 2025):
- Minimum Age Limit: 18 Years
- Maximum Age Limit: 26 Years
Age Relaxation for AAI Recruitment 2025:
- Relaxation in the upper age limit for categories like OBC/PWBD/SC/ST etc. as per govt. rules is applicable.
Selection Process:
- The provisional selection of the applicants shall be made based on the percentage of numbers obtained in the qualifying examination. DOB and there after date of passing will be taken as seniority in case of equal percentage of numbers of the applicants.
- CGPA shall be converted into percentage as per the norms of the concerned Educational University/Board.
- The eligible applicants shall be called for DV at establishment office through registered e-mail ID.
- The venue, date and time for DV shall be intimated to the eligible applicants accordingly.
- After DV and obtaining medical fitness certificate the applicants shall be selected for training, based on merit list and apprentice engagement letter shall be issued.
